Due to this version of wine not containing `bcryptprimitives.dll`, plugins built with [rrplug](https://github.com/R2NorthstarTools/rrplug) v4 cannot be used. so im running this server on debian 12 and everything was working fine until it started doing something called "connecting local server to master server" but it seemed to time...
