The plus button (add) is not working and in order to add a task I should use enter on the keyboard.

The "rd" that is written here is very small.

Put the quote inside a box because without box when you hover it it became unaligned and out of size. You can make it something like this:

i have primarily used chrome while development and can see why these issues might have happened.

as for the add button, it is not clickable, user has to press enter to submit (tho i can see now that add icon might confuse the user)

Yeah I use FireFox.

It's good if you make it clickable.
