Blacklisting a customer

Hi,

When we detect a fraud or have a commercial dispute, we cannot blacklist the customer TWINT/CC/Postfinance number as we never know it due to the PCI compliance.

Is there a way to blacklist a specific TWINT/CC/Postfinance number? So even if the user recreate an account with a different identity (phone number, ip, email, etc), they will not be able to make a transaction.
