Not working in Firefox 53

After installing the plugin, there is no icon or notification in the Firefox UI.

I can second this. Since I updated to FF 53, passifox doesn't work right. It actually seems to still be working in the background. I get the banners at the top if it isn't connected, it cues KeePass to come forward for reopening a locked DB, and even autofills some sites.

There's no button though. I've tried on existing FF installs that were updated to FF 53 in place, and on fresh installs of FF 53, with passifox installed after.

I'm using: Firefox 53.02 passifox 1.2.2 KeePass 2.35 KeePassHttp 1.8.4.2

same issue here, using: FIrefox 53.0.3 passifox 1.2.2 KeepassXC 2.1.4 (has integrated keepassHttp)
