Manual Windows OS Install Wiki Update please.

So the wiki says how to install using Choco but the "manual windows install" all has references to linux systems. Please update this as I installing Choco doesn't work on 8.1 for me and I wan to use this file for windows 8.1/10

Why not just post the install instructions for Windows? I don't understand how Chocoatey works at all. I would rather just do a manual install rather than install yet another program on my computer.
