N.B. The batch test failures are due to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/MSC-339 ~~and are waiting on a JBoss MSC release.~~ I think this may be due to org.wildfly.arquillian:wildfly-arquillian-testenricher-msc relying on an older version.

@rhusar There were a couple of missing capability registrations - thanks for spotting those - which should all be fixed now. Any capability name/resolution changes should restricted to non-public capabilities....
