Not sending webmentions for deletes (ie when moving a post to trash)

Hi all! It seems like the plugin isn't currently sending webmentions for deletes, ie when you move a post to the trash. I tested a post just now with a link to a wm-enabled page, and it sent a normal wm when I published the post, but when I then moved it to the trash, it didn't send another wm.
