Sure, but I thought it might be good to wait for https://github.com/wp-cli/extension-command/pull/386 to be merged to see if I can re-use some of its functionality?!?
Yes, sadly all current comment blocks seem to ignore all classic possibilities to filter and modify the comment section :(
That said, it is not impossible, but we need some help with a Webmention block, that might add the functionality for block-themes.
@snarfed might be perhaps an issue with the Mf2 parser, because it supports fragment-parsing.
@snarfed is the author outside of the fragment?
This is a really good question!
I would assume that they have to be URL encoded because otherwise an `=` might be misinterpreted as param of the form.
And the content type is: `application/x-www-form-urlencoded` so it literally mentions "urlencoded", but I will have a look at the spec.
