Extra log mode and more tests

@ThomasKaiser Is the output of lsusb -t of enough interest to adding as another piece of data logged by the pine/rock diagnostic script (where present, obviously...).

Also, would you like a extra upload mode mode (i.e. uppercase U) that skips the file verification step, as that takes most of the time in running the script in that mode.

I would prefer to change -u behaviour (skip verification) and to let -U do this :)

And yes, lsusb -t is worth to be added to USB section since some connector issues (showing then 480 instead of 5000) might show up with this and same with USB Mass Storage vs. UAS.
