Cannot signup with docker compose infra + serve server and serve console

I can spin up the infrastructure with no particular problem, i get to the signup screen but as soon as i create an account i get redirected and this happens:

Looking at the console logs it seems to be an issue with supertokens

I have copied all .env.example files into their respective .env files, and i get the whole thing up and running quite easily but i simply cannot log in.
