path 的参数含有 `?` 时的问题

 当 path 的参数含有 `?` 时，有以上截图的问题，我输入的参数是 `/ws?ed=2048`

grpc模式的设定有问题

先前设置为 `websocket-tls` 模式，`mux` 参数设定为 `5`, 此时切换至 `grpc-tls` 模式，mux 的选项虽然变灰了，但是保存了插件的设定之后，返回到 ss 的界面，依然可以看到添加了 `mux=5` 这个参数
