What does `date` return on the cmd?
What time zone does the user one has - right upper corner, click on the user drop down menu ?
So not one of those two dates either. ok
I think that can be achieved via Elastic's watcher or similar notification services - https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/watcher-ui.html

I could not reproduce that error. We actually emerged the fix, maybe pull and recreate the containers and redo the test ?
