I've triggered a make check just to ensure that it still works as expected.

``co_throttle.spawn_shutdown`` seems to crash consistently on Windows: https://jenkins.ceph.com/view/Windows/job/ceph-windows-pull-requests/41293/artifact/artifacts/test_results/out/unittest_async_co_throttle/unittest_async_co_throttle_results.log I'll give it a try locally and get a trace.
