Customizable hotkey with rolling plans?

Would be an amazing adition if we can add a custom key and also if this custom key can be config to "roll" between all the available options (instead of opening the menu and manually chossing the desired plan). I see this repository haven't been touch for 7 years but this is the only app that I can find for this purpouse.
