Up to date build

Hi @petronetto and thanks for this build.

Right now python3.6 is already deprecated and the latest pytorch version is 1.8.1 compared to 0.4.0 in you last build.

Could you please update the images with a much more recent version?

ya @petronetto appreciate if you could give an help here. As im now currently facing issue with alpine base image: intel-egai-chatqna-1 | OSError: Error relocating /usr/local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/torch/lib/libgomp-a34b3233.so.1: pthread_attr_setaffinity_np: symbol not found
