The example configuration points to custom.css which is not part of the theme... do we need to create that file?

The current syntax gives the `CRITICAL: TypeError: not all arguments converted during string formatting` error. Updated syntax solves the issue. Reference - https://stackoverflow.com/a/55130515/16942074
