Custom light effect (Feature request)

Hi there 👋

I'm using an L920 with the home assistant integration. I'm wondering if it's possible to trigger custom light effects?

I see there's possibly random IDs involved in light_effect.py, perhaps there's some manual workaround, or some way the library or integration could grab or allow those effects to be used?

For context: Big fan of my own custom effects created via the Tapo app, but I've no way to trigger them via HA, and would like to kill the need of opening my Tapo app.

Hey, I am also using an L920 (and an L930) and have this same request. I'd love to work on this but I am unsure where to start, any guidance? @petretiandrea
