Support for GNOME >= 3.38
Hello!
Please update this to work the GNOME >= 3.38. On "extensions.gnome.org" the user "devhammed" wrote there is a fix and he wants to send a pull request...
Regards Sven
is it not working on gnome 3.38? i am running arch linux and it works! could you provide some details? thanks in advance
I'm running GNOME 3.38.2 under Fedora 33. Using X11.
The only error I get via LookingGlasses is "meta is null". Because the extension is installed from before my Fedora upgrade, it's shown in the title bar, but I cannot use it. Settings work, nothing else.
Did you contacted "devhammed"? On the GNOME extension side https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/1034/services-systemd/ he wrote something about sending a pull request...

hi Sven try to disable the 'show restart button' option, in the 'Other' tab on my openSUSE Tumbleweed/Gnome 3.38 this solved it and I can access the services - I just can't restart directly ... but then just stop and start, right? :)
@petres, if you are going to check the issue I hope this information helps to solve it.
Hi fabianobernardi,
thanks for the tip. It works!
#41 will fix this issue for Gnome 3.38 and allow you to use the 'restart' button. As a temporary fix, you can pull from mtomlak's fork as your source.
