Problems with installing iPhone Tracker

I cannot run iPhoneTracker. I downloades and installed the app which when launched displays a map then the following error message appears error: "Couldn't load consolidated.db file from '/Users//Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup'"

I've checked i Phone via iTunes and back up is not encrypted. I'm running iTunes 10 via OSX 10.6.6 on a Dual-core Mac Pro. Iphone is running 4.3.4

Any ideas please.
