Timestamp and other (very minor) "cleanup"

Changed (unix)timestamp calculation to use already defined reference values and removed minor compiler warnings (about deprecated API and unused variables created while mbdx file parsing).

[Edit] Plus: Added ICNS icon file as PNG didn't work for me.
