Turning the 127000 line entries into something meaningful.

I have now got access to the data on the sql file and now im wondering how do I export this info into somthing which will show me on a map where ive (or my phone) has been?

please bear it in mind, im not that technical.

Your best bet might be to load the data into Google Fusion Tables if you're not too technical. That's still pretty complex, but hopefully you should be able to break it down by area, etc (since the full set of points will probably be tough to visualize).
