Sure,

This file https://github.com/petewarden/dstkdata/blob/master/worldcitiespop.csv starts directly with the data

The .csv here though https://github.com/BurntSushi/xsv/blob/master/BENCHMARKS.md has proper headers for each column (what data it represents)

Country,City,AccentCity,Region,Population,Latitude,Longitude
ir,sarmaj-e hoseynkhani,Sarmaj-e Hoseynkhani,13,,34.3578,47.5207
