git flow init -d uses empty branch prefixes for everything

Old issue #393 that was solved but is still not working for me. Did not work with a repo either initialized or not initialized git flow was installed on ubuntu via apt-get install [git-flow] git flow version : 1.12.0 (AVH Edition)

It is fixed in version 1.12.1
