Add mouse drag support

Hi @petertriho thanks for this awesome plugin.

I been using https://github.com/dstein64/nvim-scrollview which has mouse support. It would be great if this plugin also supports it, its good when you want to scroll aggressively in a long file. More so with the awesome LSP indicators you have implemented.

I'd really love to have mouse drag support. Would this be a lot or not much effort to implement?
