Hope all is well. :)

As promised, this is a clean version of the current state of HydroSight_SW_GW. Hopefully, it is not messy and possible to use in the master branch.

The main differences are:

1. inclusion of AMALGAM for the joint calibration of head and flow;
2. model_TFN_SW_GW.m
3. example_TFN_SW_GW.m and related files (List of Scenarios.csv, obsFlow_Brucknell.csv, climate_Brucknell_Catchment_ETMortonCRAE.csv, obsHead_bore_WRK961324.csv)
4. baseflow methods as separated "baseflow.m" files
5. climateTransform_soilMoistureModels_interflow.m
6. new forcingTransform_soilMoisture.c
7. new HydroSightModel.m
