Adjust colors used in nested environments of side-by-side layout

The text colours used on the primary side should be adjusted regardless of the environment. E.g. using an itemize environment in the \sidebysideleft will render the text in black instead of the corresponding contrast color. The same happens for hyperlinks or caption texts.
