Thanks! also confirming this is the right Issue.

I am assuming this is a mechanical issue where all the data is already in PubChem and/or ChEBI and other repos. There should be no manual input other than selecting the compound. Is that right?

An account of how to do it will be very valuable so others can follow the recipe.
