Analyze `oil1000` for presence of components

oil1000 is a 1000 article offset of the Open Access subset retrieved with the query:

getpapers -q "((essential oil) AND (chemical composition))" -x -k 1000 -o oil1000

## create spreadsheet (TSV) of components observed in each paper. Possible headings: ### articleID PMCID

profiles

how many profiles as columns in tables are contained (may be 0)

plants

how many binomial names are associated with profiles or activities

country

which countries (2-letter codes) are involved in sample sources

extraction method

how is sample extracted (steam, Clevenger, microwave, etc.) create some abbreviations here and a CM dictionary

analysis method

GC/MS, etc. standardized abbreviations

activities

list of activities. Currently

  • AF antifungal
  • AH anthelmintic
  • AM antimicrobial
  • AO antoxidant
  • AV antiviral

Sir, does dictionary of 2100 compounds covers all essential oil compounds (apart from those 2100 mentioned into dictionary?

No - this is our core dictionary. I am hoping that we can get more chemical analysis
