Force Save settings on Plugin activation?

Hi there,

is there any way to trigger/force save settings options tab to create db options table+advanced-cache.php on plugin activation?

Background: This would be great for automated deploy cases using wp-cli e.g. so that you don't need to login to each blog and click options save button.
