Allow me to ignore some tracks to scrobble

I love this scrobbling app out of all of them! But I find it frustrating having it scrobble any tracks from a music app identifying as "Advertisement" when using Pandora, for example. I think having a blacklisting feature would be beneficial to helping keep accurate statistics of what I listen to.
