Swipe down status bar to show double status bar notification(s)

Would love to see the ability to swipe down the status bar to show double status bar notifications, instead of the "clear pending" menu. This would be somewhat like LockInfo's infoshade, but much cleaner and native looking. If you 'later' a notification, or unlock your phone you can swipe down the status bar and the double status bar will show your notifications.
