I'm a bit confused by why you would want this. Wouldn't you always want your bitmap to be North up? That's so much the standard for orienteering maps.

I'm not entirely convinced as to the necessity of this. Like if you want a different quality you can always export as a PNG and then convert using an image...

I've got to study this further but it seems plausible that this is wrong. I'll want to add a test case for it.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to fix this, given the way that PDF exports work if you have a PDF base map. This comes up often enough that I need...
