What is wrong

One of the most common ways to let users refresh data is pull-to-refresh, made popular in. 2008 by Loren Brichter in the Tweetie app (later acquired by Twitter and relaunched as Twitter for iOS).

What's the correct spelling

Remove the period between in and 2008
