Dragging from snapped state doesn't have a transition

Thanks for the report! This effect intentionally ignores windows that are being moved or resized by the user. This is to avoid playing an animation on each step of user move/resize.

Does the effect or even desktop differentiate between snapped windows and windows that are resized? Because if yes, the effect could only apply itself when the size is reset when the window was previously snapped.
