[Feature] shortcut to resize windows vertically

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It seems like currently it is only possible to set shortcuts to resize column width.

Describe the solution you'd like Shortcuts to grow/shrink window height if the window is within a column.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using the mouse, or setting a shortcut to resize window and then moving the mouse using other keyboard shortcuts.
