[Bug] _Cursor follows focus_ causes mouse resizing to work incorrectly

Karousel version: 0.14 Plasma version: 6.4.5 X11 / Wayland: X11 (Wayland not tested)

Description: When Cursor follows focus is enabled and when resizing a column using the mouse, it sometimes instantly shrinks by a large amount.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable Cursor follows focus
2. Open a window
3. Start resizing it using the mouse from the right edge of the window
4. Drag the mouse to the right, trying to increase the size
5. The window shrinks instead, by a lot

Due to this issue, I've marked the Cursor follows focus setting as experimental for now.
