Inconsistent position recall for window-workspace movement

Karousel version: 0.11-0.14 Plasma version: 6.4.4 X11 / Wayland: Wayland

Description: Two workspaces (Upper and Lower) with each two windows (Left and Right) and one window moved up and down, call it A.

• If A starts middle, Left and Right, on Upper and is moved down, it ends up left-most. Ok.
  • Default position is left, I gather. Sane choice!
• If A is moved to middle on lower, then moved up, it lands back in middle. Great!
• If A is moved back down, in lands in middle again. Great!
  • Position is remembered, I gather. Super nice!
• But: If A is moved to left-most position on Down, then moved up, then down again, it shifts one position to the right.
  • So position is not recalled.

With more columns on Down, A only shifts one to the right if placed left-most. Else it seems to retain its position.
