[Feature] Keep active window at 'bottom' of stack
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I like the stacking feature, but as you move up and down through it the active window may obscure other windows and make it so you cannot see what else is in the stack. this is an issue because if you have a lot of things in the stack you may end up losing a window entirely even though it's only 2 or 3 clicks down.
Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to see the active window always be in the position where you can still see the titlebars of every other window in the stack. more precisely, I'd like the one with active focus to be moved to that position as soon as it gets focus, so animations can play and users can see what happened. when I said 'bottom' in the title, that position is what I meant. i said it that way because the raise/lower layer where every other window covers the one in question is also bottom.
Describe alternatives you've considered short of manually moving the windows every time, there's nothing I can really do here.
Additional context I'd imagine that some users wouldn't like this, probably because it would require the navigation to be wrapping to work, so it's fine if it is optional. i'd just like it to be added so stacks work a little better.
