[Compatibility] Notifications are "tiled" on zen-browser

Description: On Zen browser (so probably also on other firefox-based browsers), notifications are treated like windows and tile rather than floating, creating weird behavior (windows randomly jerking around after a notification appears, and the notification is resized to fit the height of the whole screen).

Hi, thanks for the report! Could you try to get some information on the misbehaving notification windows using one of the methods described here?

I'm on wayland and using zen daily. I have not seen this bug on my system. afaik though the only way zen does notifications is through system ones, so the only way karousel should have treated the notifications like windows is if you changed the window rules (the karousel ones, not the plasma ones) such that notifications are included. if this is the case, it shouldn't be only zen but rather all notifications.
