Strip out any uneeded files New download scripts for satip are now [here](https://github.com/openclimatefix/dagster-dags/blob/main/containers/sat/download_process_sat.py), so we dont need some files here

Reduce tolerance, If 5 minutes is 30 minutes later, then switch to 15 minutes. I think it takes 1 hour now
