本地部署点击创建机器人就会 401

Describe the bug docker 本地部署之后

环境变量是需要填写额外的吗？我基本上是按照 .env.example 文件配置的,感觉权限报错了，功能无法完全使用，谢谢

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://localhost:3000/factory/list?lang=zh-CN'
2. Click on '创建机器人'
3. See error
