[Feature Request] New ringtones

It would be nice to be able to use iPhone custom ringtone in Telegram iOS app, instead of a very short actual list. I saw a past discussion on Reddit https://goo.gl/pJbjP2 but it seems nothing has changed. Thanks for reading

If it's not possible to choose external ringtones, it would be a great step forward for us to add an 'ambulance siren' ringtone among the actual ones. This feature will help our volunteer association to hear instantaneously our emergency messages. Thank you very much!!
