[Feature Request] Vibrate Only Notifications

It would be nice to be able to set notifications to only ever vibrate. The issue is that the app either makes sound when the ringer is on or is silent when the phone is silent, but will only ever just vibrate when in the app already.

Just change the notification settings for Telegram in the Settings app. You can turn off sound just for Telegram and it will only vibrate no matter what unless you put your phone on Do Not Disturb.

I'd like to push on this, even tho this project looks pretty unmaintained currently...

It seems like @v1nsai is incorrect. There is no way that I can find to turn on vibrate for notifications for out-of-app notifications, just in-app.
