add stream deck plus support

Tested the pull request. Can confirm that the eight buttons on the stream deck plus work nicely. Also the Dials (turning and pressing) and the touch interface (swiping or pressing) log events on the console although they don't do anything yet.

My standard 15-button stream deck continues to work with this code as well.
