This arguably fits under https://textpattern.com/weblog/security-considerations-and-user-privileges-in-textpattern#exploit3 and given the note in https://github.com/textpattern/textpattern/issues/1141#issuecomment-764981055 I'm inclined to close this for now until we have something to fix.
