Starter example for angular

Hi,

thanks for the example. I am quite not sure, if it is an example for a custom documentation setup or a full-fledged jsdoc or ngdoc starter setup.

If so, it would be great to provide an example how to have a ngdocs like documentation be generated.

I haven't linked it to the correct branch on dgeni-packages yet so you'll need to clone it, checkout angular-docs branch and use npm link to make it available. I'll fix this tonight or tomorrow
