Allow all feeds with unread items to be opened in tabs

Add a button that opens all feeds with new items each in its own tab in lieu of clicking on each feed individually.

What version of Sage are you using? 1.4.12

What version of Firefox are you using? 5.o

On what operating system? Windows XP Home SP3

Please provide any additional information below. While it is important to keep Sage simple, this would eliminate some drudgery before I've had my morning coffee.
