Display full title in feed item tooltips

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Click on a feed item list (north panel in the toolbar) 2.move your mouse on an item in the south panel of the toolbar 3.Tooltip displayed for the feed title is truncated to the same size as the title is truncated in the south panel.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? We should see as tooltip the complete title of the feed

What version of Sage are you using? 1.4.10

What version of Firefox are you using? On what operating system? 4.0
