Delay transition from backup to master until master is synced?

Thanks for this script, really helpful. Question: Don't you need to add some delay when the original MASTER is getting back online?

If the node was offline for some time, it would take it some time to sync, and as a result switching to it immediately (because you switch when nodeos process is running), will make you miss blocks. Have you noticed it, or is there a way around this issue?
