Windows support

I believe Windows support is very important for development tools, because majority of developers are on Windows.

altbox.dev says it is "A collection of power tools for the Linux/Unix/macOS command line", which is unfortunate. Would you accept a PR to document Windows support status of all tools?

I want to spread the mindset of using better tools than you're given by default. And, Windows would be tough because I don't know the Windows space at all.

What are some Windows tools (w/links) that you would include?

For start, ripgrep works great on Windows.
